On damage of transport vehicle, you SHOULD NOT to:
- give way to panic. Remember – your transport vehicle is insured.
- Take decision on evacuation of the transport vehicle without preliminary consultation with specialists of Ingosstrakh.
- Take decision on payment of services of repair organizations without preliminary consultation with specialists of Ingosstrakh.
Actions on damage of the automobile by bounce or fallen object:
- Immediately notify an average commissioner about the incident.
- Address the territory department of internal affairs with application for obtaining a certificate on circumstances of the incident and damages, injured to the transport vehicle. Besides, in case the falling of an object, a tree for example, is connected with atmospheric phenomena (strong wind, hurricane, etc.) one should address the authorities of hydrometeorological service for getting a certificate about the occurred natural phenomenon in location of the transport vehicle of the Insured.
- Get a certificate from competent authorities, confirming the incident fact.
- Forward a written notification (notice on insured event) to Ingosstrakh within 3 working days from the moment of the insured event, and within 3 working days after return to the Kyrgyz Republic in case the damage abroad.
A document from competent authorities can be not submitted to the Insurer in case of breakage of glass, external lighting apparatus, mirrors with stones or other objects, thrown from under wheels of the other transport vehicle.
In case the Insured (Beneficiary) states about occurrence of the insured event after expiry of the insurance agreement, it is obligatory to provide the Insurer with the document issued by the competitive authorities confirming the fact of the incurred event occurrence during the insurance agreement validity.
