Damage of transport vehicle due to illegal actions of third persons

On damage of transport vehicle, you SHOULD NOT to:

• give way to panic. Remember – your transport vehicle is insured.
• change incident picture (change location of transport vehicle, do away with other evidences, testifying presence of the illegal actions fact).

• take decision on evacuation of the transport vehicle without preliminary consultation with specialists of Ingosstrakh.

Actions on damage of the automobile due to illegal actions of third persons:

1. Immediately notify an average commissioner about the incident.
2. In case of theft of insured equipment, wheels, other accessories, parts and units from the transport vehicle, as well as in case of damage of the transport vehicle due to illegal actions of third persons (scratches, dents, glass breakage, damage of wheels, etc.) call officers of territory department of militia (police) to the occurrence location.
3. Write an application about the happened to the territory department of militia (police) for determination and calling guilty ones to account.
4. Get a certificate from competent authorities, confirming the incident fact.
5. Forward a written notification (notice on insured event) to Ingosstrakh within 3 working days from the moment of the insured event, and within 3 working days after return to the Kyrgyz Republic in case the damage abroad.
